Hi! My name is 412 2nd St in Pleasant Grove. My owners bought me as their perfect starter home 10 years ago. I have a huge newly fenced in backyard to run & play in and a brand new deck leading to my new side door. I am situated on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood. My owners have loved me, but once the pitter patter of 2 little ones' feet joined us, they needed a bit more space.
